The story
Our hives sit out among the wild blueberry barrens, and in a good year the bees barely leave the patch. We pull the honey raw and unfiltered, never heated, never blended, so it keeps the floral edge the barrens give it. It’ll crystallize over the winter; set the jar in warm water and it comes right back.
