Our story
Provincetown Goods began at a Saturday farmers market in 2018 — one card table and a few dozen jars. Everything we make still starts with fruit and ingredients from Cape Cod and the islands: beach plums from the dunes, cranberries from the bogs, sea salt from the bay. No additives, no shortcuts, and small batches so every jar tastes the way it should.

Small batches, on purpose
A few dozen jars at a time, cooked in copper pots. It is slower and it is the only way the fruit tastes the way it should.

Nothing you cannot pronounce
Fruit, sugar, salt, time. No pectin, no additives, no shortcuts — the label stays as short as the ingredient list.
