If it’s less than perfect, we’ll make it right.
Food is personal, and we want you to love what you ordered. If anything arrives damaged or isn’t right, email us within 30 days at hello@provincetowngoods.example and we’ll send a replacement or refund you — your call.
For unopened, shelf-stable items you simply changed your mind on, we’re happy to refund the product cost within 30 days. We can’t accept returns on opened jars for food-safety reasons.
